Do you define "worship" as what happens on Sunday morning during church? Worship is so much more than a few minutes of praise music -- It's meant to be a way of life. The Bible talks about offering our "lives as a living sacrifice" to God (Romans 12:1), which is what true worship is about. What we say, do, and think are all acts of worship. Think about that for a sec. Our hearts and bodies, our friends and fun, and even our downtime should be offered up to God in worship on a daily basis. One way of worship is "connecting with God" -- and we need to do that 24/7/365!
