Nearly every student that's ever passed through junior high or high school has had at least one teacher that went above and beyond to make learning fun and effective. When you have a chance, offer that teacher some encouragement and appreciation. Of course, there may be another teacher who seems to demand too much, respect too little, or make life tough. Responding with your best effort, your best manners, and your kindest smile will make your Heavenly Father proud. It may even go a long way in softening his or her heart toward you and the other students.
