Forgiveness.. To forgive someone is to stop feeling hostile and resentful toward them. It is a move that makes healing and renewal of the relationship possible. God proves his awesome love for us be choosing to forgive us and enjoy a relationship with us. The Lord offers his forgiveness so we can experience his love and share it with others who haven't yet experienced it themselves. And knowing that God forgives us helps us to forgive others' too. By sending Jesus to die for our sins, God showed he was ready to forgive us before we even asked to be forgiven.
