Mark 1:7
Learn It: Jesus uses all kinds of people, including fishermen, to do his work.
Live It: Make a list of all your talents and skills, even the ones that seem blah and ordinary. Ask God to show you new ways to serve him.
Mark 4:8
Learn It: A heart filled with fertile soil will grow strong plants and produce large crops.
Love It: "Cultivate" and "fertilize" your heart everyday -- get rid of all the weeds (turn away from sin), keep the ground watered and nourished (read your bible), & stay in the sunlight (be in the presence of God).
