Okay! So your room is: messy, unorganized, boring, too dark, dull...too kiddish, too mature, sad, been the same FOREVER, no room, doesn't fit you, ugly, smells bad, or just looks like a tornado crashed through your room!
I have the answers!
It looks like a lot but not really. Just pick your category!

Organizing

Clothes end up on the floor? Many people clean and clean and clean their room but it still looks too packed and dirty or things just magically end up on the floor and you just don't know how it got there.
Well for starters, get a laundry basket! This will be your best friend! Make sure it's pretty. Or if your closet is big enough and it doesn't bother you, your could get a simple plastic nice colored one load basket at THE DOLLAR STORE! It's not expensive. But for those people whose closet is small or there's no room in it for a basket, then hampers are PERFECT! Of course they're about 5-10 dollars, but that isn't that bad, and it's worth it. Get one that fits in a corner and has colors that match your walls or decor.
EVERY TIME you change your clothes, PUT THEM INTO THE BASKET/HAMPER! It's so simple. Before the basket gets too full or to the top, wash it. Well that's for clothes, basically keep them off the floor. Even doing just this makes your room look bigger.
Bed always a mess? Okay, when you don't make your bed, not only is it ugly but it makes your room look nasty! SO if you have a lot of pillows and you sleep by yourself in a small bed, you really only need 2 and maybe 1 throw pillow for looks. Keep pillows off the floor. When you wake up, make the bed. If you have no time then at least make sure that there are NO blankets, pillows or sheets on the floor!
Shoes? Keep them in your closet or under your bed. If you're in a hurry, then at least kick them into a corner or against your wall. That way no one trips on them. For shoe organizers, the worst problems, I personally think tennis shoes are awesome to wear (converse, vans, etc.) BUT LOOK UGLY SITTING ON THE FLOOR, OR ON A SHELF IN THE CLOSET! Racks are hideous but what to do with them?
Okay, one thing, keep the boxes to your shoes. When you're done wearing them, put them into the box and then under your bed. If they don't fit under your bed, put them on the floor or a shelf in your closet stacked with all the other shoe boxes that are there. Yes, it's ugly until you get a shelf that has a door. OKAY I have 15 pairs of shoes, including 7 pairs of converse, 2 vans, 1 pair of boots, 3 pairs of etnies, and 2 pairs of DC's. (yes I skate)
WHAT I DO? Many people don't have a long shelf in their closet, but I do. What I do is have each pair of my shoes in order in a row and to hide them, I have CURTAINS! After I get the pair of shoes I want, then I pull the small curtain over them and close my closet. The curtain is purple and is thick, and my feet don't smell BUT I keep a bottle of Febreze in my closet and spray my shoes and clothes, occasionally.
Everything else? Nothing should not be on the floor! "If you use something, put it back", that's what my parents say and I do it. Guess what? IT ACTUALLY WORKS!
  • Belts and jackets go on hooks in your closet or on hangers. Put them in your closet.
  • Books go on a shelf organized by color. It gives your room a clean spark to it.
  • Trinkets go on a shelf. If you have little brothers, sisters or little people you hang with, then put things high. It's not that difficult, just as long as you can reach it.
  • Make up: girls keep that it a box or a small night table drawer. Put the night table under a mirror which is by your bedroom door. That way, if you need a touch up, then you can just reach for it on your way out. It's also a good way so you don't forget something. Then the night before, put it on the table and then in the morning you remember it! And for something extra, keep a little cute lamp on the table.
  • Jewelry: keep on an earring rack, necklaces on hooks, and rings on those cool fake hands and get a good color, soemthing bright. Put them all together on a little table or shelf and it looks very pretty, something else that looks nice is to have a cool looking lamp next to it (lava lamp, or those lamps that are shaped like hearts or pandas, or something). If you have nail polish, keep that all in one place, unless you have like a big collection, then put it in a seperate drawer next to your make up.

If Your Room Stinks

If you're the type of person who like to keep your door closed all the time, that's a problem because you don't get any air circulation. I can't change that for you, so something else you could do is keep your window open while your door is closed. If you're very private and have peeping toms, then get sheer curtains. That way, you can see out but they can't see in (I would consider getting a nice bright color for the sheers like yellow, or a lime green). This also is a good way to save electricity because of light, and fans, and air conditioning.

If You Want To Make It Homey

Painted walls! Stay away from those red, black, navy blue, dark green, maroony colors! I personally like black but it is depressing for everything to be that color, my room is a light purple. Making your room a light color makes it seem bigger which is great. Not only that but if you have a bright light happy color, you can use dark AND bright stuff in your room,
which makes it nice.
Try getting (if you have the money) a love seat for when people come over. A love seat is a small couch made for 2 people. It is small and homey. Much furniture is nice to have in a room.
Okay, well as you can see, I have much to say when I grow up. I want to be a organizer and clean people's homes and I would love to help and give you advice. I have much more to tell you but so little time. If this didn't help you, don't give up on me. I didn't say everything. I went through the basics. I have more on each topic and more topics I'd like to say but no time.
I would love to help if you have ANY QUESTIONS about this!
I have ways to save money where you can buy things, what you should buy, and I'm good for all types of people.
I'm pretty much free all the time so I will help you.

Teens are always looking for extra spending money; and the one thing they usually have in the summer is time. So instead of sitting in the house all summer on the internet or text-messaging, get out of the house and get to work! lol

Ways you can make extra money this summer:

~Washing & detailing cars- A task that a lot of people don’t like to do; but everyone wants a clean car inside and out.
~Babysitting- The old standard.
~Household chores for others- Especially for elderly neighbors, or someone just too busy looking for a little help with cleaning, etc.
~Pet sitting- Most people would rather leave their pets at home than board them when they go on vacation.
~House sitting/watching- A lot of people usually to do this one for a couple of neighbors when they went out of town, taking in their mail, watering plants, etc.
~Dog walking- Offer your services to neighbors who work long hours but want their pets to get some exercise.
~Minor home improvement- Like painting, house washing, etc.
~Cutting grass/yard work- Mow lawns.., It pays pretty good. You can also do gardening, raking leaves, etc. Many people don’t really like to do this themselves, but grass grows like crazy in the summer.
~Lifeguard-The YMCA and country clubs are always busy during the summer months. If you have a pool, give swimming lessons to younger children.
~Summer camp counselor- Another great seasonal job for teens.
~Daycare centers- These usually have higher enrollments during the summer as well and are looking for part-time help-perfect for teenagers.
~Tutoring- Many parents are looking to give their kids an “edge” or additional contact time in certain school subjects during the summer.
~Computer lessons/help- Let’s face it, most teens are a lot more computer literate and web-savvy than adults. Why not pass the knowledge along to others and make a little money in the meantime?
~Sell things on Ebay- Old CD’s, movies, video games, and books are just a few things that can still be sold used for money.

.: DRεAMS :.
Are you afraid to figure out what those recurrent, wacky dreams you've been having lately really mean? How could terrifying images of falling down a huge flight of steps or flying over the roof tops without benefit of plane or wings, or standing without any clothes on in front of your English class have anything to do with the real world? Although they seem to have no bearing on your waking life, current research says the opposite...your dreams are made up out of bits and pieces of what you do all day.
Psychologists say that dreams reflect important aspects of our personalities. They are not just the random firings of our brain. Nor are they symbolic visions that should dictate the course of our lives. Dreams can regulate our moods and help determine whether we jump out of bed in the morning...or hide under the covers.
Like fingerprints, dreams vary from person to person. When they're the "good" kind, they aid in resolving emotional problems by working through them step by step. When they fail to resolve the problem, they can become nightmares, repeated sequences that create anxiety. Fortunately most of our dreams are the good kind.
If you dream you get to your math final 30 minutes late the night before you're taking the exam, you can pretty much figure out you're anxious about the test. But what about those off-the-wall visions that reoccur every once in awhile? See if any of these dreams have visited you at 3:00am.

  1. You're standing center stage in a school play and can't even remember the play you're in, let alone your lines. Or you're facing an exam booklet in a foreign language you've never taken. These fear of failure dreams pop up all through life. They reveal how worried you are about doing well, not necessarily how prepared you really are.
  2. You're falling through the air, either down steps or from a roof or down a mountain. You're probably feeling powerless or out of control about some situation. It's called life.
  3. You're screaming at the top of your lungs. It could be a teacher or parent or sibling or friend who makes you feel insecure and overwhelmed that triggers such thoughts.
  4. There you are, buck naked, in front of a crowd. Depending on the extent of your panic, this could mean you feel very vulnerable and exposed about something or you're free, and have nothing to hide. (Yeah, right!)
  5. You're dealing with someone you hardly know or can't stand or never saw before. Relax. The specific person in your dream is unimportant. He or she is just playing a part in the theater of your unconscious. It is the role that has meaning, not the actor. The man in your dreams is not necessarily the man of your dreams!
  6. You're flying high, floating with ease among the clouds. This joyful feeling can be an expression of confidence and accomplishment. Or a sign that you enjoy taking risks.
  7. If you'd like to remember more of your dreams but they tend to evaporate upon awakening, don't give up. Programming your mind to remember before you go to sleep might help. So will keeping a pad by your bed so you can record your thoughts before they slip away.

Double Chocolate Pancakes

With Strawberry Sauce

Recipe from ParentsConnect.com

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-oz) package frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
Prepare the strawberry sauce: In a large saucepan, combine the frozen strawberries, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons water. Bring the mixture to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the sauce reaches a syrupy consistency and coats the back of a spoon. As the sauce simmers, break up the whole berries with a wooden spoon or fork.

While the sauce is simmering, prepare the pancake batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flours, cocoa, sugar, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.

In a medium bowl, lightly beat the whole egg and egg white. Then add the milk, oil, and vanilla, and whisk until combined.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until the batter is just blended and no dry streaks remain. Take care not to overmix, as this will cause the pancakes to be chewy. Delicately fold in the chocolate chips. If time allows, let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

When the strawberry sauce has reached a syrupy consistency, remove the pan from the heat.

Liberally coat a large skillet or griddle with oil spray. Preheat it over medium heat. When the pan is nice and hot (after about 2 minutes), ladle about ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the surface.

Cook the pancakes until small bubbles form around the edges, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the pancakes over and cook about 1 minute longer, until the center is cooked. Re-coat the skillet with oil spray between batches to prevent the pancakes from sticking.

To serve, top 2 pancakes with about 1/3 cup warm strawberry sauce and a sprinkling of chocolate chips on each plate.

Wearing High Heels

177419_980_largek_large

The first pair you ever tried on was probably your mother's, when she wasn't looking. The first pair you ever owned was probably pink sequined. Chances are it was a gift that came with a boa, some gaudy fake jewels and some play make up. No doubt it was your favorite present. Nothing says big girl, glamorousand yes, sexylike wearing high heels.

Fast-forward to the mall this season. Watch the girl wobbling precariously as she shops in forward-thrusting heels. She believes that when she is wearing high heels, she appears smarter and more sophisticated, that her carriage is improved, and that she walks better. What a pity that her feet disagree!

Shoes run rampant in books, calendars, and movie covers; they dangle in miniature precious metal versions from earlobes and chains. Their original purpose, to protect the feet and aid mobility, has changed. Now they've become a constant obsession in pop culture, none more than the majestic high heel. Women, young and old, choose to wear them, often at the expense of their own physical comfort. No matter what we say, we know you love how wearing high heels makes you feel.

The fashion forecast is for women's shoes to be high, higher, and highest. Think five-, six-, and seven-inch heels. Before you run out and join the crowd, we just want to give you some facts before you start wearing high heels too often.

Did you know...?
The stiletto heel, known as the killer heel, comes from a term meaning thin-bladed knife. It was worn by Catherine de Medicis, who in 1533 at the age of 15, brought them from Florence to the French court. Up until the 1700s, the five-inch heel (!) was the most popular shoe among European women.

During the women's movement, wearing high heels came under attack by feminists. In the 80s, wearing high heels became a symbol of personal choice and empowerment.

Women receive 90% of the foot surgeries performed in the United States. Doctors compare the foot deformities that continual use of high heels can cause to the damage seen in Chinese women who had their feet bound. Wearing high heels for a long time has also been linked to knee and back problems.

Wearing the popular three-inch kitten heel makes simple tasks dangerous. Sidewalk grating, stairs, slick floors, any speed faster than slow even crossing a lawn becomes challenging.

It's hard not to feel sexy when wearing high heels. That's because they tilt the fanny and arch the instep. They lift the calves and make your feet look shorter. They create the illusion of longer, more defined legs and emphasize all the aspects of femininity. Of all the miracles of modern shoe technology, the stiletto might be the greatest. The architecture is such that a women's weight is balanced on a heel the size of a pencil! Eighty-eight percent of the women in a recent survey wear shoes that are too small!

If you do succumb and buy a pair this season, doctors recommend that you wear them around the house first to get used to them and decrease your chances off falling and breaking or spraining your ankle.

Fashion Tips: Perking Up Hand-Me-Downs

You loved your sister's new blouse, but that was two years ago. Now it's yours. The blouseand your love for ithave faded. How do you wear it without becoming a fashion "don't"? Read on for some fashion tips on putting new life into old clothes.

A Different Color
You can totally change the look of a piece of clothing by dying it. Make sure it's really dyeabledying works best on things made of cotton. Polyester and nylon are much harder to dye. Ask your mom or dad to help, since dye is messy and can permanently stain anything it spills on. Also make sure you wash the dyed item separately from other clothes for a few washingsas much as you love lavender, your family might not want everything they own to be that color.

Change the Buttons
New buttons will give a hand-me-down new energy. Pick buttons that are really different from the original buttonsbut they have to be pretty much the same size so that the buttons holes still work. Use shiny metal or rhinestone buttons to add some sparkle.

Shorten It
A new hem may equal a new outfit. Change a long skirt into a mini-skirt and wear it with a cutoff T-shirt. Whenever you hem something, always measure carefully so you don't trim off too much.

Decorate It
The easiest fashion tips involve adding accessories! Make the hand-me-down something that no one else has worn by turning it into something different. An old pair of pants can become your new skirt by decorating it. Add a cool strip of ribbon or lace to a pair of jeans an inch or two above the hem. You end up with a stylish pair of pants without having to break them in. Sew fringe around the cuff of a hand-me-down sweater to make it fun and funky. Sewing stores always have a lot of fun stuff. Hand-me-downs are hardly ever as much fun as something new, but if you try some of these fashion tips, your seconds will look so good that your sister will want them back.

Teenage Girls Style: Define Yourself

You just have to have the latest book bag, Steve Maddens, and teen tube. In fact, the wrong bronzer color could really damage your rep, right? Let's face it. You wanna look like everyone else. Teen years are all about fitting in, not standing out. The best, easiest way to be part of the crowd is to blend in. Come to think of it, when you're standing with a group of your friends, do you all look the same? Do you have the same jeans, the same shirts, identical shoes? Perfect. Well, almost perfect.

What can you do if you want to stand out, just a little bit? Maybe not like those kids in school who dye their hair bright colors or wear clothes that are far out there. What you're looking for, instead, is your own personal teenage girls style, those tiny details and finishing touches that define you.

There are so many avenues of fashion where you can exercise your style. And style has nothing to do with money. Take Jennifer Lopez, for instance. J.Lo's favorite accessories can be found in any funky store in the mall. She loves to wear interesting barrettes, gold sunglasses, the perfect toe ring. She always wears something a little unexpected, and it works.

"Yeah right," you're thinking, "but I'm not a hot singer or a supermodel." No, but you are YOU. The first step to developing your own teenage girls style is to know what you're all about. What do you like about yourself? Do you have great hair?Beautiful skin? Long legs? Luscious lips? Are you known to wear clothes nicely? Do you have a knack for applying makeup? It is easiest to work around those characteristics that make you feel good about yourself. Ultimately, creating your own sense of style is funit's supposed to feel good.

You can take some cues from Jenna. Every morning Jenna got up two hours before her school bus arrived so she could wash, blow dry, and then iron her thick, curly hair. She wished for silky, straight hair in the worst way! Then one morning, she overslept, and had no choice but to throw some no-frizz gel into her hair and wear long, flowing curls. The response was amazing! Her friends loved her hair and asked for tips on how to gel their own. Now Jenna plays with her hair all the time, trying new hairstyles and up-dos. Through her hair, she has found a way to make her own teenage girls style, yet still fit in.

Here are some tricks to get you started on your way to your own personal style. Choose the ones that work for you or try on some of your own. Either way, take it slow...teenage girls style takes time to develop and stick.

  1. Accessorize! Accessories are style's quick fixes. You can't go wrong if you throw on a terrific fringed belt, a fabulous hair ribbon, a great beaded bracelet. Beware, however, of over-accessorizing. Less is more. Your accessory style shouldn't scream!
  2. Hats Up! Not everyone can wear hats and feel comfortable but if you can, you have a winning style. There are so many varieties of hats from baseball caps to vintage '40s beretsyou'll never be bored coming up with new versions of this fashion statement to rock your own teenage style!
  3. Vintage Is New and Refreshing. What's old is new again. Research the vintage shops near you and pick up an inexpensive jacket, a whimsical purse, or a pair of earrings from the 1970s. Combine a vintage item with your new, trendy school clothes and your same old teenage girls style takes on new meaning.
  4. Play with Your Hair. Like Jenna, you'll find your hair is your untapped style resource for your new teenage girls style! Experiment. Crimp. Straighten. Gel. Pull it back or wear it up. You'll be surprised to see how many different looks you can come up with. Now go a step furthercomplement an outfit with a hairstyle. If you're wearing an embroidered peasant top and low-rise bell bottoms, accessorize your outfit with crimped and gelled hair.
  5. Makeup Should Add Glow, NOT Color. It is truly the age of the bronzer. However, nowhere is your personal style more important than in the way you apply your makeup. It is not enough to wear the latest eye colors or lip shades. You need to wear makeup that compliments your skin tone and your skin type. It is suggested you see a makeup professional (the tailored women behind the makeup counters in every department store can set you on the right track!) Once you have a basis for your face, you can be daringexperiment with colors and styles that define you. Your own personal style is the signature you become known for. Make it a color or a scent. Maybe it's your love of hats or your talent for mixing styles. Who knows, maybe you have a knack with socks! It doesn't matteras long as it matters to you. Your teenage girls style will make you feel good about yourself and get you noticed. It will make you memorable.

Who is Your Role Model?
Who do you admire? The list of people who influence our lives is made up of heroes and mentors, famous and not so famous, fictional and historic. According to recent studies, the role models teens choose play a large part in how much confidence they have in their ability to succeed. Someone we look up to can encourage us to lead healthier, more focused lives.
You can admire someone for their accomplishments, their beliefs, their knowledge, their abilities, and what they do for other people. Some may be celebrities whom you admire for their looks, their talent and how they deal with their fame. Ideally when you find yourself wanting to be like this person, it's someone who can inspire you to avoid making negative choices, as well as encouraging you to strive toward your goals.
Over 56% of American teens said they had a role model; 42% said it was a parent or a relative. Almost 40% said their role model was a sports figure, singer or someone in the entertainment industry. Nineteen percent said it was a friend, doctor or someone else they knew personally. All benefited by having this person in their lives, with higher grades and a stronger sense of self- esteem.
Role models are those you admire but have never met. Mentors are people you get to know. Choose both carefully. Many celebrities are considered not so much for what they are but for their images. Much of what is admired doesn't actually exist. Those worthy of emulating are distinguished by their achievement, not their image. Real mentors are big people, not just big names.
The media doesn't create them; they create themselves. Think over your list. What moral positions have they taken? What personal risks? If you can't come up with much, maybe you should rethink their inclusion. While boys are influenced by their role models to succeed and excel in all areas, too many girls are taught from childhood (90% of American girls ages 3-11 owned Barbie dolls!), to value beauty and thinness over strength and character. It's all well and good to fantasize about being Kate Moss but it's the women you will meet who will prove critical in showing you what you can aspire to and what you can achieve.
The numbers to keep in mind, however, are that only 8 out of 3 million actually look like a supermodel....and even they, without airbrushing, professional grooming and plastic surgery, don't look much like the media version of themselves.
If you have the opportunity to work with a quality person, you will evolve to a higher level. If you're lucky enough to meet a potential mentor, ask lots of questions. What did it take to get where he or she is today? What challenges does a person face and how does he or she deal with them? What lessons has the person learned? We bet anyone worthy of your respect will be happy to share his or her experiences. Research shows that most mentors have had mentors themselves.

Take 5!

“Step away from the computer and nobody gets hurt!”

The Internet is undoubtedly a fun and useful tool.  Most of us can’t imagine not having access to cyberspace; it’s how we socialize, communicate, express ourselves, and more.  But sometimes the impersonal nature of cyber-communications can lead to misunderstandings and abuses of this technology.  It’s hard to express the exact feelings we want to convey when we chat online.  The typed word does not express the tone that we easily recognize when we communicate face-to-face.  Words are often interpreted exactly as they appear, even if they are meant sarcastically, or as a joke.  These misinterpretations can lead to hurt feelings, anger, and fear.  When the recipient of the misjudged message acts out of these feelings, things go from bad to worse.  When we let our emotions guide our actions, we don’t think before we click.  We send mean, hurtful messages, and we realize too late that we have become the cyberbullies. So, how can we prevent this from happening?  The best thing to do is to Take 5!  This means walking away from the computer and letting our emotions cool down.  We can choose a five minute activity that can help us calm down and avoid becoming cyberbullies ourselves.  There are many options: listening to music, napping, reading, baking, playing sports, watching TV…. What will you do to Take 5?

Skin Conditions
What causes warts? Are they contagious? - A virus causes warts. They can appear anywhere on the body, but are often found on the hands, feet, and face. Warts are contagious at a very low level.Warts will often disappear by themselves within 2 years. Treatment for warts includes over-the counter medicine that is applied directly to the warts. More persistent warts may require a prescription medicine or a doctor's removal by freezing, burning, or laser treatment. Warts, even treated, can reoccur.
What is athlete's foot? - Athlete's foot is a contagious infection that results in scales and dead skin on the feet and between the toes. A common fungus causes it, and the infected area can be inflamed and very itchy. You can get athlete's foot in locker rooms or by sharing a shower with an infected person.Remedies for athlete's foot include using a powder 2 times a day, anti-fungus creams, and wearing cotton socks. To help prevent athlete's footwear flip-flops in public showers, locker rooms and on swimming pool decks.
What causes dandruff? - Dandruff is a skin condition that results in greasy or dry white "flakes" often in your hair or eyebrows that can itch. Although its cause is unknown, dandruff is associated with oily hair. Stress and hormonal and seasonal changes can aggravate it.To manage dandruff, shampoo daily with a dandruff shampoo. Leave the shampoo on your head for 5 minutes to let the ingredients work. Scrub vigorously, letting your fingers loosen the scales and rinse thoroughly.

An outbreak can last from a few days to two weeks. Herpes is very contagious. It can be transmitted through touching a sore, sharing eating utensils or toothbrushes with an infected person, and kissing.Avoiding certain food, wearing sunscreen, and reducing stress can help control the outbreaks. Although sores will heal on their own, medications can speed up the process. There is no cure for the virus.

Stretch Marks-But I'm So Young!

Stretch marks...Will they ever go away?
Stretch marks often appear on bodies that have recently gone through a great deal of growth or change: pregnancy, sudden weight gain or loss, and, yes, puberty. (Think about the lines like those you see in taffy when it's stretched: the same thing happens to the skin when it gets pulled in a new direction.) On teenagers stretch marks usually show up on parts of the body like the hips and breasts because those are places that experience the most change and rapid expansion during puberty.
Stretch marks usually start off as violet or pink lines, but eventually fade to spiderweb-thin, silvery lines. Sometimes they can be more noticeable when you're tan, because they can either burn or stay pale while the rest of your skin darkens.
Some people use cocoa butter or vitamin E oil to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, but there's no proof that these remedies work. Retin-A, the medicine that is often used for treating acne has shown some promise of reducing early stretch marks. The only hitch is that you have to get a prescription from your doctor.
It may be comforting to know that many women have stretch marks-- and even some men have them too. However pronounced and noticeable they may seem to you now, they do fade over time.

 Bible Basics
Love.. Love is the reason God created us and wants to spend eternity with us. It is not only what God does; it is actually who he is. The Bible says that God is love -- the very essence of love itself. Because God loves us so much, he not only wants us to enjoy life here on earth, but also to believe in him so we can experience the the unequaled delights of Heaven. God's amazing love is demonstrated by his actions throughout the Bible, but never more so than through the gift of his Sin, Jesus. While the word "love" is often misused and misunderstood today, the love of God is the perfect example for us to imitate always.
