Mango-Banana Breakfast Smoothies
Ingredients
1 medium banana
1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp raw honey or sweetener of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground allspice
1 cup of ice
Sprinkle of flaked sweetened coconut
Instructions
1- Add all ingredients (except flaked coconut) to a blender.
2- Blend until smooth.
3- Pour into glasses.
4- Garnish with flaked coconut (optional).
5- Enjoy!
